Chortle Chook
What an extraordinary thing to do I'm amazed at the lack of empathy that people are capable of showing to animals.

Guest
So cruel.......idiots! Why tie them up? better to have just let them free and take their chances with MR Fox than strve to death!
Groovychook
I'll never fail to be shocked by the depth of cruelty that some people are capable of. So pleased that the story had a happy ending!
WitchHazel
Why on earth would someone do that? It would almost certainly mean a slow and painful death. If they'd abandoned them at least they would have had a small chance of survival. Reminds me of the stupid c*w on television who had a duckling but didn't like it when it got bigger so she "set it free" on a local green. Stupid woman. What did she think was going to happen to it? Grrrr.
HennyPenny59
The more I hear and read about cruelty to animals, makes me think there are far more people on this planet who choose to abuse or neglect them, compared to those who choose to love and care for them. Dolly
It absolutely breaks my heart reading about this type of thing. My girls are cared for and loved so much, if I could, I would gather up all the poor mistreated creatures everywhere and do the same for them too
The Dogmother
Best not say what I'd like to about this tying their legs together is quite a common practice in livestock markets in the Far East.
