I somehow manages to loose 8lbs in 2.5 weeks (ok a lot of it was water retention) but Im still pleased! lol Thursday B: Lemon and hot water, porridge with cinnamon and local honey, L: Coleslaw and tuna salad with rice cakes D: Homemade wholemeal pizza base, topped with feta. roasted tomato and herb puree, and roasted tomatoes, mushroom, onion and olives, served with a side salad and coleslaw Friday B: Lemon, ginger and hot water, banana chopped up in strawberry yoghurt, L: Wholemeal pitta bread filled with lean ham and coleslaw salad D: Restaurant meal - lean chicken breast, sweetcorn and mayo with a jacket potato, glass red wine Saturday B: poached egg, poached mushrooms, lean bacon and baked beans L: Jacket potato topped with king prawns and mayo. D: Salmon fillet, with new potatoes, peas and carrots, glass red wine Dessert: Apple crumble Sunday B: Poached egg, lean bacon, beans and mushrooms L / D: Roast chicken, served with roast potatoes, peas, carrots, and broccoli Dessert: banana crumble (banana, sweetener, cinnamon, porridge oats), with homemade custard Monday B: Lemon and ginger in hot water, banana L: Tuna coleslaw salad D: ham and Mushroom risotto (button mushrooms, lean ham, garlic, risotto rice) Tuesday B: porridge and honey, peppermint tea, lemon and ginger in hot water L: Couscous with ham, cherry tomatoes, parsley, served with left over coleslaw D: Cauliflower and macaroni cheese with crispy bacon (cauliflower, macaroni, elf cheese sauce, bacon crisped up in the microwave) Wednesday B: Porridge with apple and cinnamon, peppermint tea L: ham salad D: Feta and kale lasagne (onions, garlic, tomatoes, basil, chilli, Worcester sauce, gluten free lasagne, oregano, Elf cheese and feta sauce) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
kazaddress Posted October 26, 2006 Share Posted October 26, 2006 26th October 2006 Thursday B: Lemon and hot water, porridge with cinnamon and local honey, freshly made orange juice L: 3 bean chilli soup (3 bean salad, tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, oregano) D: Bacon, leek and tomato Pasta (lean bacon, tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, oregano) Friday B: Lemon, ginger and hot water, banana chopped up in strawberry yoghurt, freshly made orange juice L: Left over cold tomato pasta salad, served with a side salad D: Lean chicken breast wrapped in bacon and stuffed with low fat cheese, potatoes, carrots, broccoli and peas Drinks: Earl grey tea, 2 glasses of red wine Saturday B/L: Poached egg on wholemeal toast D: Homemade Minty lamb burgers served on a bed of steamed chard served with rosemary oilspray-roasted potato wedges and a mint sauce Dessert: Hot Banana and Apple crumble served with frozen fat free yogurt Drinks: Earl grey tea, 2 glasses of red wine Sunday B: scrambled egg with chilli, onion and mushroom mixed in L / D: Shepherds pie, made from left over lamb mince, carrots, onions, garlic and topped with Butternut squash and potato mash Dessert: Left over cold Banana and apple crumble (banana, sweetener, cinnamon, porridge oats), served with hot homemade custard Monday B: Porridge and honey, lemon and ginger in hot water L: Lemon and coriander couscous, fat free yoghurt, banana D: Lamb and apricot Tangine, served with wild rice Tuesday – Halloweeeeen B: Porridge and honey, lemon and ginger in hot water L: Left over Lamb and apricot Tangine, served with lemon couscous Starters: Roasted pumpkin leek and ginger soup Main: Scary Homemade pizza base, topped with Blood (roasted tomato and herb puree). Melted eyeballs (mozzarella balls and olives), Roasted pumpkin / tomatoes / peppers + glass of red wine Dessert Pumpkin cheese cake (freshly stewed pumpkin and 1tsp honey, extra low fat cheese, juice of 1 lemon, lemon rind) Wednesday B: Porridge with apple and cinnamon, peppermint tea L: Wholemeal Pitta filled with Roasted pumpkin, coleslaw, and salad D: Left over pizza topping Risotto.
