The Dogmother
It does Lesley - you should meet our MD... 60 a day until he nearly diesd last year, now complains about fag smoke all the time
theherd123
You should meet my FIL (or maybe you shouldnt!) he had a triple bypass earlier this year after spending all his life eating junk food like a teenager, smoking like a chimney & taking no exercize - unless it was to the pub! Even in hospital when we had convinced him to give up the booze & drink in moderation he was still wanting a pint when he got out!
Lesley
I have moved most of the chat re. Coeliac and wheat intolerance to a new topic called Gluten Free? This one can revert to its original purpose of being encouraging and supportive to those trying to live a more healthy lifestyle.

AnnieP
Well done Dan. I have lost 5lbs in the last 12 weeks doesn't sound much, but the good news is that I haven't dieted at all, or given anything up... just doing a bit more exercise, so hopefully the trend will continue, after the compulsory Christmas "blip". So Dan... New clothes eh?
