Thanks for all your good wishes everyone .

 

It all feels a bit strange. My mum has died but yet she wasn't really my mum. Because I'm on the periphery of the family I'm not involved with any of the arrangements so life's just going on as normal .

 

The funeral won't be for a couple of weeks as some very close family friends have just gone on holiday. It will be in Norfolk and OH is going to go with me. Can't decide if the boys should come. They did meet their "granny" once but didn't really know her.

 

I haven't told my "real" mum. She was up to her old tricks again yesterday (I may update my "blog" on that) and I know she won't be any kind of support or comfort to me so I'm not going to tell her.
