When I went to let the baby girls out of their run this morning, Dixie was dead :cry::cry: She was OK when I let them out of the eglu this morning and I found her just in the entrance of the eglu. I think she must have had a heart attack :?

 

Although they have only been with me for 10 weeks (since they were 8 weeks old) they had all developed their own little chicken characters. I have watched them grow into big Baby Girls, lose their little cheeps and get up to all sorts of mischief :D

 

Dixie was so sweet and in the evenings she would follow me (and the sweetcorn tin) around the garden as I herded everyone back to their runs.

 

She will be sadly missed by both me and, Ada and Fifi her fellow Baby Girls :cry::cry::cry:

 

Rest in peace my pretty little girl
