I AM!!!!!!!! I spoke to Clare at the Omlet office today and the cube is making it's way to the US.......FINALLY!! I placed my order today and the cube will be here end of February. One of the first in the US. I'm so excited I don't know what to do with myself.

Actually waiting until February will be a piece of cake. Originally the cube wasn't to arrive in the US until the end of 2009. I'm sooooo excited, I spent the day looking through poultry magazines (while I should have been working) I've found a farm locally who will have baby chicks available this spring. I'm going to raise them from chicks this time vs. having POL girls shipped via the US postal service. I don't want a repeat of my last shipment.

I have 2 orps now, and the buff is the more gorgeous strawberry blonde (think Nicole Kidman, Julia Roberts of a few years ago or even (and I'm ashamed to mention this...Donald Trump?)

 

I am so pleased you will be leading the way for the USA in cube ownership - just think, with a bit of luck you'll watch an inagural address that makes you feel proud and soon after you'll be getting your new American cube!

My name will remain Angels4 (in honor of my 4 original girls) Originally when I ordered the Eglu I wanted Buff Orpingtons, but as they are a heavy breed I was advised against it. or at the very least only getting 2 girls....I LOVE the color and fluffiness (is that a word) of them and immediatley thought Nicole Kidman.

 

As far as the proud feeling during our next Presidents inagural speech, that all depends if my candidate gets elected If not, I'll be seeking political asylum in the UK and may be making a request of my fellow forum members. I won't say who I'm voting for, but soon enough you will all know.

Condoleezza..........Just doesn't flow. Plus I'm not a big fan of the original Condoleezza. Definatley Coco and Chanel, also I am thinking I like the "Golden Girls" Dorothy, Sophia, Blanche, and Rose.
