I have an authentic pair of cowboy boots from Dallas which I LOVE 6. I have been dyeing my (white) hair brown since I was 35 (11 years) 7. I let the cat sleep on my bed at night when OH is away 8. I like going to work 9. I am trying (again) to come off anti-depressants 10. I support Man United 11. I buy loads of books and read about a quarter of them 12. I love my dark blue Aga 13. I collect Chalet School and Lone Pine books (I’ll get my coat) 14. I am good at growing veg but very bad at harvesting it 15. My cooking is a bit hit and miss 16. I like red wine and any kind of pudding 17. I once walked across a (tiny) metal aqueduct over a main railway line 18. I don’t get on brilliantly with my mother 19. As for me... 1 I wish I was a better cook. 2 I have ridiculously large feet for a girl (size 8!) and often find myself wishing for little dainty feet, instead of the banana boats I got! 3 I'm currently selling my lives belongings on ebay to buy ES a greenhouse! 4 When Mr C spends time away on business, I often have chip butties with mayo for tea. 5 The afore mentioned chip butties with mayo are often washed down with Mr C's decent red wine..... 6 I won medals for figure skating in my younger days. 7 Gavin Hastings (Scottish rugby legend) once stood on my almost mended broken toe, and broke it again. 8 I once appeared on 'Reporting Scotland' waving cheerleaders pompoms at a Murrayfield Racers game. 9 I dropped mushrooms in a tomato and mozzarella sauce down Esther Rantzens dress at a function where I was head waitress. 10 Someone stole a urinal from the pub I ran one Saturday night, and the doormen didn't notice them walking out with it. 11 I was in labour for nearly 3 days with DS2 before they whipped him out by c/section. 12 The same anesthetist looked after me for each of my 3 c/sections. 13 I am obsessive about song words, and insist that people either sing a song correctly, or keep their mouths shut! 14 My father taught me to never be reliant on a man, and to be able to do things by myself. 15 I can't stand people who talk about others behind their backs. 16 My first pet was a blue budgie called Terry, who had a tumour in his tummy and looked like he was pregnant. 17 I cried on my 21st birthday twice - once when my older brother told me he loved me, and once when my mother pointed out that my grannies budgie had actually died in 1976, and hadn't flown out the window. 18 I fainted when the love of my teenage life kissed me for the first time. 19 I can't walk in anything smaller than a 3 inch heel. 20 I strongly believe that a girl can never have too many shoes or handbags. 21 I'm a slutty housewife, and believe that life is too short to clean obsessively. 22 My favourite colour is pink. 23 I fancy David Seaman 24 I am actually chookiehen 25 I'm not going to be hounded away from the forum by a petty minded , and am back for good. I am content, often happy. 2. I love my friends but ought to call them more often 3. I have lots of freckles in the summer. I was told I would grow out of them but no sign of that happening 4. I try to be honest with people 5. I can not stand liars 6. I have strange ways of remembering pin numbers and codes 7. I was once employed to dress as a chicken and hand out flyers 8. I have done the 'walk of shame' on more than one occasion 9. I enjoyed my youth, rather too much at times....to the point that I dread my boy growing up in case he is anything like I was 10. I dread the prospect of having to reverse park 11. I can't stand mosquitos / gnats 12. I try to live without regrets...let's just say I've learnt plenty of lessons 13. I have a degree in French and Spanish 14. I can't take criticism from my Mum 15. I once told some people exactly what I thought of their work ethic in my leaving speech! 16. I used to pierce my own ears and re-pierced my nose. 17. I don't take myself very seriously to the point that I am first to ridicule myself. 18. I used to spend hours digging up worms to feed to my neighbours chickens (I was about 5!) 19. I love living in the East, flat landscape and big skies make me feel at home and relaxed. 20. I love reading the labels on shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser/cosmetic bottles 21. I have realistic expectations of people so get cross when they are too quick to judge others 22. I have two completely different styles of handwriting 23. My Gran thinks we are related to Guy Fawkes 24. Not many things in my house or wardrobe match 25. So she called the police. Then when I get home, there is a police car waiting nearby, and a helicopter flying overhead. The police came over spoke to my dad and me and said someone thought I was being kidnapped. We told them what happened and they left.
