redfrock Posted May 3, 2009 Share Posted May 3, 2009 I have one and it is fab. I have the mini processor thing as well (slicey). It is fab and does turn thin cream into whipped cream. However their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I accidentally threw the blade to the grinder away and despite repeatedly contacting them by email, have no response as to whether a replacement can be bought. It is sturdy and they apparently last for years. Reason I ask is that we're thinking of replacing our very old battered one quite soon. OH went on a cookery course at Le Manoir ( Raymond Blanc's place- great Christmas /birthday present btw) and is extolling the virtues of a VERY expensive one he saw there.
