4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

We found out earlier this morning that we got the house we wanted Omletina has a new neighbour

 

I also found a bargain electric range cooker on Gumtree last night The Rayburn is having to be removed as its not working and they were going to put a storage heater in its place. I've now asked if its possible for them to move the cooker point to there instead, so we can have the range there. They are going to get the maintenance chappy to contact me directly. We're hoping we can take the range over, get them to install it and sign everything on the same day. The agents are keen for this to happen asap and it looks like it could be as soon as late next week or early the following week This would be handy for us as its half term week and we want to avoid Adam being out of school as much as possible.

 

I've just spoken to the LEA and have had to email the admissions team, i'm hoping they will get back to me asap so we can arrange a school visit etc.

The agents have just rung again! They can fit the cooker where the Rayburn is but we will have to pay, hopefully it won't be too much. The bloke is suposed to be ringing me. We also have a proper move in date of next Friday now. Guess what i'll be doing next week

 

Have also spoken to 4 education departments and am waiting for a school to phone back re us going to visit.
