Valkyrie
Hot already here - I'm off for a cold shower! ehrm, Er, no, not what you were thinking Clootie! It was hot and sweaty just getting out the monsters this morning. Thankfully the chicks didn't escape like yesterday otherwise I would have been floored. I just needed to cool off - it's the viking blood - 70 degrees or less suits me. I watered the plants before the sun got on them a little while ago - the hose end flew off and I got drenched, so I am really cool now!

Egluntyne
Glorious here again. At least the sound of my girls acclaiming the sun has been drowned out by the sound of the roadworks outside next doors house. Gas leak apparently.

Sunshine
Lovely here again. Everyone is out in the garden(apart from my brother who is still asleep ) Off to a garden opening this afternoon in aid of the East Cheshire Hospice owned by Sir Philip and Lady Haworth, which sounds very posh so whilst mum and dad are going to look at plants i'm going for a nosey! Ardene5
Hi Everyone, this smilie shows the state of Ian after he did some gardening (and not as it is meant as embarrassed) he did not think he would need the sun tan on how wrong he was. Yes been missing from the forum but our boxer had puppies so we have been a wee bit busy. Weather here in Preesall near to Blackpool has been nice temps from 25 up to 27 degrees. With wall to wall sun this makes a change from the wet and windy weather of a few months ago and also the snow we had in the UK. Would love a sunny and warm Summer. Best regards Ian & Valerie
Ardene5
Hi 5.30 am sun just rising here in Preesall, hens are all up and waiting to go out. Looks like an other nice day with wall to wall sun and nice and warm near to the sea. More news later. Best regards Ian & Valerie

Blackrocksrock
Well we have had the lot to-day - its 9 degrees and we have had rain , hail, sun , wind and dry and its dark and the hail/snow which was forecast is now starting again = its cold and horrid after being in the high 20's last weekend so a weekend to hibernate and worry about the last of tomoto growth in the greenhouse me thinks
chickencam
We have heavy rain forecast this weekend. It is YD's school summer fair tomorrow and for the past few years the weather has not been kind so we should have known. My DS has gone on a school trip to Alton Towers today and I hope he doesn't get wet because he was so excited about going.
ali-s
Cold and horrible along the NE Scotland coast as well. 7oc with snow, hail and rain showers, which has stopped our geocaching adventures today I am sat curled up under a blanket on the sofa trying to keep warm. If I got up off my backside and did some housework I might feel a little warmer.... nah, I am cosy where I am
