4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Now that the chicks are fully integrated with my two older girls, I decided it was time to implement the final stage of my accommodation plan before winter sets in - chicken flats!

 

 

 

 

As you can see, two of the boys were straight in to see what it was all about.

Well, they all put themselves to bed in their new high-rise 'des-res' without any help form me. The two big girls in the and all seven Pekins in the , just as they did when the two Eglus were at either end of the WIR.

 

Now they have that sorted I can have fun playing 'mix n match' with the Eglu lids, doors and poo trays. I've always liked what Helly Welly did with her two Eglus.

 

I reckon I'll get just as good an effect with blue and purple.

I quite like it .

 

For the best effect I'll need to do the poo trays as well, but I think I'll wait for them until the next time a general clean out is required.
