Falkor Posted October 4, 2009 Share Posted October 4, 2009 We all remember when OH "helped" me add the run extension but actually it was a great idea! I was going to get a rabbit run like Debs has for intros in the WIR but now they are home I am not sure whether to put Tia and Maria (LF silkies) in with my bantams or my big girls so I have built them a half way house in between the two cubes. I used a cube run, two door panels, one cube roosting bar, one eglu roosting bar, some wood, spare cube ladder and LOTS of cable ties It is covered with an off-cut of corrugated plastic with some weed membrane as a shade I am dead chuffed with it. I have a big door at the back for me and a small door at the front to allow Tia and Maria into their own mini free-range garden. They will come beak to beak with both the Alcohol and the foody girls and as time goes on I might get an idea of which group they will bunk up with Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
