I went for an interview in the dim distant past that was summer. I did quite well and the company phoned and said I was on the short list but the work had been put on hold and they would contact me if and when it was sanctioned.

 

I didn't hear anything more for ages so I resigned myself to the fact that it had gone the way of most of the other jobs around here, into the ether. So I carried on working in my secret laboratory developing my automatic W.I.F.E machine. (Wash Iron Fold Everything) like the one in 'Lost in Space', washing in one end, pressed clothes wrapped in plastic out of the other. I've still got a few technical issues to sort out :D:D:lol::lol:

 

Anyway, I got a phone call last week asking if I was still interested and today I have been invited back for interview, on Friday :anxious:

 

So whilst I can just about handle the small pack of wolves at the door by throwing missiles from my marrow mountain at them, I really do rather need to get this one.

I haven't seen any other suitable jobs advertised for months and months.

 

So can you please all cross your fingers and toes for me on Friday? :pray:

 

And before you ask it isn't the Boro Managers job :D:whistle:

Good luck the job market is dire at the moment, my son just got his first job today and the reason they asked him along(as he thought they werent going to bother contacting him despite promising they would). Was because the other candidate said at the interview they didnt want to go outside :?::?

 

So he starts on Friday, he hadnt yet signed on but I thought he was going to have too, so be positive it will happen.

 

 

 

They save the best til last, fingers crossed...lucky vibes being sent across... indie :)
