Does anybody feel ..... Part # 12

Recommended Posts

Hi - I was going to say "drink lots" but of what? Hehehehe - I see Debs has pounced on the good stuff - medicinal of course!

Glad to hear you have your teacher helping you Fred - what an adventure though - sleepover at school. You know I reckon that would be great fun.

Popped the girls in the cube last night and all hell broke loose - ended with Apache fighting with Sioux. Sioux pushed Apache out of the back and had a go at me! So I put Patch back in - and she seemed to calm down a bit - although Sioux wanted to continue - so I dumped her on the floor for a few seconds to calm down and put her back. Then Squirt was chasing everyone around (Tipsy had escaped to the nestbox by then and the little ones hugging the edge) so out she came - all were liberally squirted with anti peck spray. I must have sprayed myself because all I could smell last night was anti peck spray! Pooooeeeeee! And I've washed and washed - but I can still smell it this morning. :? They seem fine this morning - just a slight kerfuffle (Tipsy being pounced on by Skye) and the little ones have been removed to the eglu again - apart from Kitty who seems to be holding her own. I have never seen such a little bird eat so much! She's in and under the others ducking and weaving and gobbling any morsel in the dishes, missed and dropped by the others and then she has a jolly good scratch around with lots of success. She really is a cutie.

Not a sleepover, but with all the backstage at stuff we sometimes have to stay afterschool/go in at weekends. Last year there was an external company in over the holidays so school gave us the master keys to everywhere and it was quite !

We had walkie talkies so could run around everywhere, then we were using the internal phones to speak to each other.

We did find some really random things in some rooms though!

Its always the little ones that eat all the food

I can feel your frustration from here Lewis!

When we last went to the British Museum there were lots of families going in with sleeping bags to sleep in the museum at night - how 8) is that! I haven't heard anyone seeing mummies come to life though. Have you seen the Night at the Museum with Ben Stiller. I so want a T Rex! :D

Tipsy made it as far as the back door today - she's the only one and Kitty has been going back and forth to the runs - I can see her still eating from the window! If I hadn't dosed them up with Flubenvet I'd swear she has worms - or hollow legs!

Oh and it's Murray's birthday today so he has Altered Images CD and that head torch - which he really wanted. Ciaran has got in touch and hoping to come home soon - weather permitting. Snow's stopped and the thaw is well under way - can see the path in places and the gravel out the front - whoopeee!

I have cabin fever - I was out in the car yesterday but cannot walk down the garden - too deep except to the girls run and I have half a ton of weight on my greenhouse and worried that the roof will give way - loads of my friends have lost polytunnels and greenhouses already - mine is wooden so hopefully it will be ok and the eglu run is being squashed with the snow and I had to remove some of it off the plastic cover - it was well insulated but squashing the sides of the run - I hope it will be ok. It is so so cold and I dont feel like doing housework and cannot be bothered crafting so bored silly! Rant over sorry folks :!:

As long as you are safe - you rant if you want - our decorations are still up - I need the boxes from the loft to put them in. Can't see it happening today either.

Squirt has just visited at the back door too. I'm getting told off by Sausage that he's run out of raisins - or maybe he's requesting the mealworms. He got peanut cake but only the blackbirds at the back are scoffing it and not him at the front - although Robbie the robin (original huh) has been enjoying that and the bits of suet I've left for them.

Erin was up early this morning but gone back into hibernation. Mum is knitting and nearly finished - goodness knows what will happen when she does - she'll be getting itchy fingers and tidying my mess again. :anxious:

Ewww PT has multicoloured aliens!!!

Number one has added tattooes on his arms to cover his scars. At least he can wear t-shirts again and look cool rather than people wincing as to what he has done to himself. So he has a swan on one side and . . . Pokemon characters on the other!

Just paid my credit card bill online :shock::shock:

When you see it as one lump sum, suddenly my Michelin Starred meals, daytrips and helicopter ride seems rather expensive

Phil is being very philosophical, as we still have £300 left in our holiday savings account after paying off the credit card. However, I don't think we'll be going away this year until the Autumn at the earliest

Mind you, it was worth it :D

Off to do the poo trays and make the girls some warming porridge :D

Have just had an email from Omlet and have my first bookings on my Hen Party

Koojie, you have confused me with your new Avatar

Well I had taken some nice organic sausages out of the freezer for tea, however, they didn't defrost  even on the work surface in the kitchen.

So, I had to think on my feet  one egg, 100g of flour - pasta done! To go with it, some chopped rashers of bacon, a finely chopped red onion and clove of garlic cooked off in some olive oil, then added a few chilli flakes, a glass of white wine, tomato puree, some fresh parsley and a dash of double cream. Bacon pasta - done :D It was scrummy too

So sausages are now in the fridge for tomorrow night :anxious:

Hope you're feeling better soon, Claire....and all you others.

Like the addition to the signature, PT

Koojie, you have confused me with your new Avatar

I was thinking that

I definitely look to see who has postd by looking at the avatars, not the names. I got confused enough at christmas

Aah,clever you Debs, thinking on your feet. :D

I'm revising for a chemistry test tomorrow

I'm watching Dancing on Ice but I am watching it on Sky+, I can't stand Heather Mills  I hope they pulled her "other" leg off

Phil is gutted as Canadian Christina is not one of the pros this year, and he really fancies her

She said they have to think up one leg routines incase her leg swells and she can't get the prosthetic one on!

I don't think she deserved the 4 ...all they talk about is the fact that she's brave doing it and only has 1 leg etc ... but then they make a big deal out of it

I'm just gutted that she had a parachute in the VT they showed :anxious:

I am a bad bad person

But in my defence she did take a National Treasure to the cleaners

She is going to be like she was on the American Strictly, she'll say that she wants to be treated the same as everyone else, but the second the going gets tough she'll go on about only having one leg

Ciaran has loaded up photo's on his page of whatever it is Facebook thingy of his new tattooes. Not sure I like the black swan thing, but the Pokemons are going to be brilliant.

Good luck JJ and Fred - I think you have exams too. Has Lewis? If so good luck because Erin will want to come back on here soon.

Mum has been following me like a little dog. I've got "me and my shadow" tune rolling around my head and I can't seem to stop it.
