Guest Posted December 25, 2009 Share Posted December 25, 2009 (edited) SIL got us a year's sub to 'Home Farmer' MIL/FIL got me 'Elle' by YSL 2 sheds got me an Omlet T shirt with a fried egg on it (he got one from me with 'Dawkins is God' on it and a picture of RD) **ETA** I forgot, we also bought ourselves an incubator and a brooder to rear some quail in the spring! We bought MIL a Gordon Ramsey pub food cook book and the hairy biikers tour of britain cook book. FIL got a box set of Bonanza DVDs SIL got a bottle of port and 4 bottles of blue WKD (she likes cheeky vimtos!) Got my niece some 'in the night garden' sweets, some toy cars for her toy garage set she got off her mum and 2 big floor puzzles. not seen my sister or my mum yet, will see them this evening. Blackrocksrock Posted December 25, 2009 Share Posted December 25, 2009 Great pressy's everyone - I got an oil tank and the boiler and the rest of the gubbins is on order for after the new year so new central heating here - Money from Ds and girlfriend towards boiler and dvd of susan boyle, digital picture frame and photographic books from DD. DS's dog got toys and a flashing LED collar tag!! plus loads of chews - he had the most pressy's Poet - the hairy bikers came to speyside and I got their autograph outside the bank in aberlour as I spied them in their van with their entourage - there will be lots of photos of the area where I live in it I expect as well as Ballindalloch castle and grounds which is lovely. I was given lots of chocs, lots of booze, a pair of funky gardening gloves, CD, L'Occitane Shea Butter gift box, note paper, satsumas (in my stocking!) and other lovely bits and pieces. One of my friends gave me slippers, a picture frame and a tea mug. Dad & Step Mum gave me a set of wooden knitting kneedles from John Lewis. LMW is really happy, she got a terrarium and all the bits to go with it. Just got back from mum's and she got me an electric eubank (she's got one and they're brilliant and I've been hankering after one for ages) a pair of free trade earrings, the river cottage year book, 2 pairs of slippers, a set of salter digital scales, a box of thorntons, a hot water bottle and some smelly stuff oh and a bar of chocolate covered marzipan! Got a bottle of champers from my aunty and uncle and my sister gave me a 'chicken massage set'! it's actually for cooking chicken or rather marinating it (won't let the girls see it!) it comprises a lovely glass chicken shaped bowl, some chilli flavoured oil, a spice rub for chicken, a cple of skewers and a pastry/marinating brush.
