A creamy semi-soft cheese from the Lombardy region of Italy, Bel Paese is matured for 6-8 weeks, and has a light, milky aroma. It is simmilar to the French cheese St. Paulin. The name Bel Paese means "beautiful land", and was inspired by the title of a book by Stoppani. :lol:

Kadchgall

Kadchgall is a hard cheese from Afghanistan. It is made with sheeps milk, or occasionally camels milk, clotted with yoghurt.

 

 

That's me... well 'ard! :lol::lol::lol:

However, I DO love sheeps' milk cheese: Wigmore is my fav!

 

 

Actually, if I just put in "Anne" I'm a Caerphilly

Kate! I didn't know you were a Catherine too :shock: ! Snap - same spelling :lol: ! I hate being a Catherine too!!

My daughter is called Catherine.

 

We chose it because it is ageless and classless and elegant.

 

Of course everyone calls her Katie! :roll:

 

Forgot to say...I am Leerdammer...which I love!!

St. Agur

 

A medium strong blue cheese, made in the Auvergne region of France. It is similar to Gorgonzola, but with a more delicate taste.

 

 

I like that description of me!
