feemcg
The chicks are 1 week old - thought you might like to see the feather growth. The first is a Cream Legbar girl, the second a Cream Legbar boy and Welbar girl.

Martin B
Maybe put an eggs for sale sign up and then give them 4 eggs, and they will say oh here is the money then. Or if they see you are selling them they might come and buy often, whereas they only had what they were given!
feemcg
Good idea Martin! I've put in Buff Orpingtons, Welsummers and Silver Laced Wyandottes - no autosexing breeds this time! I'm hoping to keep 2 of everything I hatch (girls!) and sell or give away the rest - I am surprised that people are coming up to me at school and asking if i have any for sale - that wasn't my initial intention - but, hey, if it pays their food and electricity bill!
