Was cycling along, heard a massive crack, next thing I know, i'm lying on the road and there are people running towards me. Turns out a car pulled out behind me, the drivers foot slipped and the car rammed into the back of my bike. The driver stopped, so did some other cars. Got all her details. They were talking on BBC Breakfast this morning about how vunerable cyclists are I got knocked off my bike by a cement mixer when I was a little bit older than you and it put me off riding I am not so keen these days.
