Redwing
Noooooo! that's like one of those really bad dreams, imagine you're sitting on a loo in full view being towed along by a car .... I thought the exact same thing but didnt say it in case I sounded deranged
Egluntyne
We'll have to have a row of these at your get together, Redwing.
whoopsie
I love the looks on peoples faces when I turn up in the Smart, then proceed to unload it! My mother is the one who like to take a portaloo with her. I shall ask her what one she has.
fluffyfeet
My friend has a luggable loo and reckons they are brill - thinking about investing in one myself. Whilst I was mooching on-line looking at them this week I came across a folding stool that has a removable top, which when removed, reveals a 'hole' through the middle of the stool, to which you attach your 'ahem' recepticle (bag!). This means you can sit on your stool chatting away and "Ooops, word censored!"ody knows what is happening elsewhere!!! I will now disappear and try and find out the name. Back in a bit! fluffyfeet
Found it!!! It's called BoginaBag - and I think they are perfect if you haven't got the room to carry a load of stuff. Hope this is useful. Dawn x

Olly
Oh, my. Go to the 'Who is it for' tab, for a delightful series of drawings of smiley people going about their activities of listening to music, fishing, birdwatching etc whilst seated on BoginaBag with their trousers round their ankles! It's a good price though, sounds as if it might be the answer for you, Debs.
Egluntyne
Hysterical! I don't think you would be welcome again in the launderette though!
Lesley
Now I've managed to slightly control myself.......can I just say that I don't have a Shewee! I was interested but never bought one! When I used the PortaPotty for grandchildren when they were toilet training I used the compostable nappy bags with a folded pad of kitchen paper in. Not me personally.........the littlies...... Egluntyne
Isn't this why the crinolines were invented. Another way of recognising fellow Omleteers - Crinolines, pandora bracelets and crocs. I think it is a look that might catch on.
bronze
Can I suggest jeans with a split crotch/back seam. I'm sure there are specialist shops you can get those in
Space Chick
I know you thought I was crazy but I have done it!! Introducing my folding toilet..... Hole cut in, even has a thing in the arm for holding a loo roll. Can be filled with a bag Head on shot, the 4 darker areas you can see around the seat are the slots for putting the bag corners in to hold it in And it folds up tiny to be transported. This cost me a fiver, compared to the Bog in a Bag which retails at 20 quid and is just a stool not a comfy seat http://www.boginabag.co.uk/buy-boginabag-products.aspx I am planning to use the degradable swing bin liners in it and may add cat litter gel crystals. I am considering getting an inflatable ring as a seat on the top, but haven't decided yet. And the magic question.... yes I have tested it and it works

Geoid
There is a portable toilet called a Ploo, goes for around £15. (it goes by other names, but they are a bit rude....)
The Dogmother
I dunno about using the loo, but I nearly wet myself laughing at this thread! That's ingenious Debs; could do with that at airshows when the queue for the (very distant) loos is phenomenal and I end up zipping myself into our tent/shelter and weeign in a wide-necked bottle, specially used for the purpose! I always need to spend a penny Rachel, i am hoping to get to both gigs, so you're welcome to pitch up at mine and share a lift.... with wee-stops en route! That reminds me, that's the only fault with the new Berlingo - that back doors slide back, so I can't do my old trick of opening the front and back doors and perching on the ledge... fine until you end up with a stripe of grime along yer bum!
