LuckyChickenLover-
I wish mine was wild, but the chickens ate everything The only think that mine haven't eaten is the ivy around the pond, and they're eyeing that up too
goodinparts
Oh...that's such a lovely garden. And the lavender is really quiet & subtle & enhances the whole thing beautifully. Our garden isn't a garden at all, as the vicarage was new when we moved here and the golden retriever puppy arrived with us...but I long for something with lots of mature shrubbyness and different "rooms"...Beautiful
Reikiranf
It looks lovely, the pics are worth the wait I hope that domestic harmony has been resumed

beach chick
thank you for all the kind words - it is a lovely garden, but believe you me there are MANY skanky bits!! domestic harmony restored as finished off the bottom bits of the fence this morning... more Hysteria Lane than Wysteria Lane! beach chick
Looks lovely, we have the same shed but ours is sage green ours was a rather bright blue til the lavender came over me... we are going to cut the bottom out of ours as it has totally rotted away - been left open too long in too many wet winters. needs new hinges as well, but it's lasted 12 years tho, and luckily its on slabs so no wooden bottom shouldnt be too much of a prob. Reikiranf
You've inspired me now! I've ordered bamboo screening to hide my neighbour's ugly fence and I shall be brave, open the paint I bought last year and paint my fence

beach chick
oh dear, I wish I had shares in Cuprinol!! inspired by the lavender-ness, I have decided to paint our shed (an old 1930's railway carriage!) and then the garage. mr beach chick drew the line at any more lavender (dont think he's noticed the beehive composter yet! ) so this time we - well, I - have gone for Silver Birch. am halfway through the shed at the moment, and also clearing it out at the same time - will post pics later. need more paint, need more paint - wont have enough to even start the garage, got to find cheap supplier on line... Jools
I want an old railway carriage, or failing that an old shepherd's hut, as my hideway in my dream garden. I'm sooooo jealous!!
