Already started stripping the bathroom walls and ceiling. Got bargain paint from B&Q last Friday :D and the wallpaper I bought was reduced to just 99p a roll :D:D

Just borrowed a steam stripper thingy, oh and when the decorating lark gets too tedious, I will dash out and do a bit of weeding here and there :)

We are going to be watching the newbies, they are so cute

And painting the hall and re-potting some plants in the greenhouse :(

PS Sarah have a fantastic time and take lots of pics, obviously not of fit boys in trunks, I'm sure no one on this forum would like to see that

Hope everyone has a good time whatever they are doing (although sunshine in KOS sounds great as does a night in Buxton) :D

I'll probably end up doing a spot of weeding too....and washing....and hoovering!

I've been writing reports today so can sympathise with you AnnieP although I expect you have loads of reports to write and I only had to do two for members of staff - I hate writing them :x as I want to make sure that everyone gets the marks they deserve but it is sooooo boring

Never mind, time for a beer now :D

Kos and Buxton sound great - hope you both have fantastic times! 8)

To those who are report writing - he he, I'm glad I'm a nurse not a teacher! (only joking - commiserations really  )

My weekend starts here. OH and Oldest son have gone out to annual rugby presentation dinner, 2 little sons are unconscious in bed. I don't know what to do with myself - currently having a coffee and choccy biccies while I enjoy the novelty of time on my own! 8)

Hope everyone has good weekend whatever you are doing.

I'm pretty tied with running the cattery over Bank holiday...but the traffic puts me off travelling too far anyhow!

Sat I shall ride Connie and clean her tack and generally just spend time at the stables.

Sunday will probably take the dog to Fountains Abbey.

Monday weather permiting will try to get some more gardening done.

And of course plan to spendplenty time with the Chickens now they come out to play! :D

Actually it's confession time - I have booked the whole of next week off work because I want to spend some "quality" time with my chooks.

I made the excuse that it's number one son's 18th birthday on Tuesday but the reality is I will probably only see him for a couple of hours.!!

Rain or shine it's my chooks and I :lol:

Tidying the garden on Saturday and the house.:roll::roll:

DD1 is 18 next Saturday and having a 'party' at home.

It's Pentecost on Sunday so a big day at church. Choir in the morning, choir and orchestra in the evening. :D

Then on Monday we're spending a day in Rochester, which is a lovely old town, but possibly not so good if it rains. DD3 is singing in the cathedral :D

DD2 is having 5 friends for a sleepover on Tuesday.
