This aversion to Lulu is weird isn't it - I have it too - she is pretty and looks good for her age but something about her However I went straight off her last night when they introduced them, she stood with the others on the podium doing 'exaggerated clapping and dancing' totally different to everyone else. My nanny would have called it showing off Getting Brendan as a partner was obvioulsy her worse nightmare

Bruno hit the nail on the head - Lulu looked FURIOUS! I love that Brendan just threw her over his shoulder and marched up the stairs. Spoke a thousand words, that did!

Lulu didn't look happy did she?? I think Nancy could be trouble too (I think she'll want to do her own thing and argue) and don't even get me started on Edwina I don't particularly like the look of Robbie Savage either (never heard of him before) I thought he was that hairdresser chap Nicky Clarke when I first glimpsed him.

 

I thought the little bit of dancing that Audley and Russell did was funny.

Hmmm, reserving judgement on that Nancy Delloliplop. Not sure I'm going to like her very much I read somewhere that she insisted on her heels being raised by a further 2 inches a she wanted to be taller than everyone else!! Should be an interesting season though ....... and poor, poor Brendan.

I thought Lulu was very ungracious when she found out she had Brendan. How must he have felt to know that she was disappointed that he was going to be her partner. Everyone else managed to at least look pleased even if they didn't necessarily feel it.

 

Think Anita Dobson is going to be pretty good - she looked brilliant in the group dance I thought. Nancy won't last long - "I am the best thing from Italy since Sophia Loren" .

I knew that Lulu wasn't happy but to see how awful she was to Brendan was horrific! I was ambilivlent towards her previously but that certainly made me decide I do not like her for sure, I cannot tolerate bad manners at all. It's a shame because I always want Brendan to do well in the competition.

Lulu cracked me up, she was dire! I've never seen anybody go so clearly wrong as many times are she did. Poor Brendan. He's got a huge challenge on his hands

 

Holly & Anita were deservedly top of the leader board. Anita in particular impressed me, loved her Waltz.

 

Russell Grant and Flavia were great too, very entertaining. Russell so obviously loves what he's doing. He seems really sweet and Flavia certainly has a willing partner.

 

The surprise of the night was Robbie Savage. He wasn't as bad as I thought he'd be.

Griffin I nearly agree with everything you said apart from Robbie Savage - I thought he was dire! He hardly moved apart from posing, terrible. I think the marking was wrong as well for him last night, he should have got less than Lulu, at least she attempted to dance even if it wasn't the dance that Brendan choregraphed for her

 

Loved Anita's waltz, so graceful and full of emotion.
