Well it did go down to 4 deg in the polytunnel last night, but now it is beautiful with clear skies and the sun shining (still cold tho' 9 deg), guess that's the price you pay . chickencam Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 Lovely late afternoon yesterday, went for a walk to the allotment and came back with a pumpkin and some sweet corn, the sun was warm but there was a real nip in the air. Got the stove going, not because we need it as such, but I was given masses of oak off-cuts at work yesterday and we need to burn them as there's no room on the wood pile.
