My glass shower cubicle used to be spotless, but lately there are limescale type marks on the galss that won't shift, even using un-green limescale remover It's almost like the glass has been marked - any ideas? Christian
White wine vinegar, i swear by the stuff. I use it on the taps (but wipe it off quickly as it can corrode the metal) and the shower screens, which does seem to get the pit (?) marks off! I bought 5 bottles of cheaper vinegar in squirty bottles in France and use those for the toilets now. Septic tank and all that, bleach can be a nightmare. The Dogmother
I'll try that Christian, thanks. I think the glass is irretrievably marked though
Christian
I just wipe in on, then leave for 30 mins or so, then rinse!

kazaddress
after 3 years of trying various "green" solutions, we ended up putting in an extractor fan both my cat and I have Athsma.. and any mould in the house makes us worse.. its started clearing up. we tried salt, bicarb, vinagar and elbow grease !
