Ain't Nobody Here
We had one of the hottest days yet yesterday so I was all set to give the eglu and run a really good cleanout today. It started raining . Managed to get the eglu cleaned out - kind of .
Jules.
I had the Malcolm Maclaren casssette album with the picture of "Flaming June" on the front. I also had a huge poster of the picture on my bedroom wall in my late teens. Showing my age there.

chelsea
We got sunburnt at our hen party yesterday - it was boiling! Today, wet and miserable.
lisaroo2
Hi Kev Yup, its typical. I wanted to get out in the garden yesterday but had to postpone it as hubbie-to-be suddenly decided to tell that his parents were coming round for tea. So I spent the day rushing round sorting the house and baking instead of being in my beloved garden. Its raining todayand I can't go out and play! There's so much to do out there, oooooooooooh! Stevie
We got sunburnt at our hen party yesterday - it was boiling! Today, wet and miserable. My head is sore from getting too much sun yesterday (i shave my head!),but today it rained earlier and is now a boring, cloudy day.

chickencam
It started to rain here at 3.15 just as I was walking down to school. It didn't look any different than it had all day a bit overcast
little chickadee
I've been out planting in the rain this evening as OH has been laughing at the number of pots I've got all over the place waiting to go out
Rhapsody
Oh come ON everyone- every year it rains in June in the UK and every year one hears 'Flaming June' muttered evilly at every turn. This is the time of year when we have Wimbledon at what happens every year at Wimbledon? *distributes virtual Ginko to whole Omlet community* BTW, its also the time of year when I screen phone calls- the weather is my MIL's only topic of conversation!
