This article is quite well written - I imagine that the phones at Omlet will be red hot today. The author hasn't got the distinction between an eglu and a cube; she talks of the eglu coming in two sizes. But other than that ...

What a good article . That's what you need, a journo who actually owns an eglu rather than one who doesn't know an eglu from an igloo .

She got all the points about the Eglu across too, although she says it was featured on Big Brother,but I seem to remember them having a wooden coop

i must admit having read it I found it abit too sweet for me as well. I' read it with a smile on my face and let out a loud 'yuk' sound when I'd finished reading it!

 

If it promotes keeping hens, that's great. I didn't like the fact that she wanted to give us a collective name either, we've got one, 'The Omleteers!'

Eggs have gone up an awful lot recently -- and when you buy your next sack of pellets, you will see why. Pellets have literally doubled in price since I started buying them.

I too found it a bit sickly but I thought it was a good article - perhaps sickly fits with that section of the mail.

 

Nice how she talked about building the area for it and how the eglu picture showed it so nicely.
