Just off to see Quantum of Solace and have a bit of a drool over Daniel Craig's eyes. I don't know why but sometimes he is really rather attractive and other times, he just doesn't do it for me. Looking forward to the movie though!

Apologies if this poll has run previously - I am relatively new comer to the forum!

I voted Roger moore purely for the fact that Live and Let Die is the best Bond film ever. :D

with the best song soundtrack too!....love it.

I stopped watching Bond films since they got rid of Pierce. Daniel Craig is awful....doesnt do anything for me and I just dont see him Bond.

I think they all have their plus sides, but its the divine Daniel for me :P

I have thought he is swoonworthy since seeing him in Tomb Raider years ago & said at the time that I though he would be good for Bond.

He has a real animal appeal, & a thuggishness which is so perfect for the role.

Pierce Brosnan is second,as he is simply a beautiful man,but still manly & brought humour to the role.

Pierce is gorgeous, but I voted Sean as Bond - I just loved the old films best  I'm afraid Roger Moore just never did it for me and I still can't make up my mind about Mr Craig. No doubting his appeal, but I can't see any humour in him. I'll just have to watch the new film, see if he grows on me! 8)

Well, I did see the new film last night and I can't say that I was overly impressed. I really enjoyed Casino Royale and I thought that I followed the plot. I agree with Fred that there is no point at all seeing this film if you did not see the last one. As it was, I had trouble keeping up with the "plot!"

The action scenes were exciting but there didn't seem to be that much keeping them together. I heard somewhere that Bond now owes a fair amount to The Bourne Trilogy and I have to agree with that.

Daniel Craig's eyes were not quite blue enough to hold my attention this time!

Consensus of opinion in the P household goes like this. Me and OH really enjoyed it and loved the action (I actually love Daniel Craig too  ). ES thought it was rubbish (not his word but its a family forum) and YS thought it was confusing. Daughter saw it seperately yesterday and enjoyed it but not too much.

I think Daniel Craig is brilliant as a different Bond, much darker and violent but great nevertheless. It wouldn't work with someone like Roger Moore now, times have moved on. It got darker with Brosnan but Daniel is definitely my favorite. :D

I must agree I was also a little confused (not difficult  ) However I really enjoyed it and I wished I had watched Casino Royal recently to refresh my memory. I hope that I was not the only one to have tears in my eyes when Bond held a certain somebody while they died  I will defiantly be buying it when it comes out on dvd

Do you know, I must have been more confused than I thought. I can't remember that bit! Had better get to bed, I clearly need my sleep!

I liked Roger mainly because he added a bit of fun which appealed to my silly sense of humour. I also liked Pierce (also funny at times), but voted for Roger. The stunts are brilliant although I did see the pole that the plane was attached to when it went through the hangar which spoilt it a bit, but then the stuntmen on the cargo plane with Timothy Dalton (too serious) was gripping stuff - as were so many others.

I don't really like DC - he creeps me out for some reason, so won't go with OH to see any of his ones, so he is roping in DD under protest. OH has an attache case full of Bond DVD's - even the locks he has made 007 - what an anorak!
