Posted January 14, 2009 Share Posted January 14, 2009 I just had a phone call from my father to say my Grand Father has just died He was admitted to hospital yesterday after a fall, and was fine, but died in the early hours of this morning. I took the children to see him just after Christmas, and he was brilliant, told me off for buying him a present, but we hadn't we made him a photo album from pictures from when he was in the RAF, and when he married my nana, met my mum and when my sisters and I were born, up to my children being born and growing up. He loved it, and was so pleased, bless him he even said it was the best present. We were due to visit him this afternoon when I take my eldest to Fracture clinic about this broken leg.
