chelsea Posted February 25, 2009 Author Share Posted February 25, 2009 UPDATE Vets results = caught it just in time, was aggressive form of cancer but cancer was concealed in what vet called a "capsule" and the capsule was intact and no appearance of any spread. He said good news. I am a little anxious as he said microscopic chance cancer could have spread but he had a GSD with same condition and its still alive 3 years after op. Am going to celebrate tonight. Going to cherish every day with my pupster now and put this whole episode to the back of my mind. I also don't know why, but I always had a good feeling about the outcome and I am sure Bracken will enjoy her field for many years to come. My old cat had a large tumour removed from one of her nipples and she went on to live for another 3 years until the ripe old age of 19.
