I really like Stavros Flatley. I heard the dad speak on Capital radio today and he said that no matter what happened they had had the best time of their lives. I love their connection and they are thoroughly entertaining

the Flatleys were great, Diversity amazing and Piers talk out of his bottom, flawless were good but they dont touch Diversity

Thanks to the kids tonight was the first time I've watched BGT all the way through. I normally just catch bits and pieces. I really liked Flawless. I thought they were much better than Diversity. I don't like the sax player. Well maybe its the tune. Poor 2 Grand when gramps missed his cue. The little boy dancer (Aiden?) I thought his previous performances were much better.

I agree, out of those three Diversity were by far the most talented. I have liked them from the start, but had a sneak for the flatleys

That is a well known fact that she is tuppence short of a shilling! - but I think she will do well enough out of things really and will sell albums.

The saxophonist was brilliant and could have listened to him all night - but diversity was also good - difficult call but well done to all.

Susan does have 'mild learning difficulties' which might make sense of some of her less than dignified responses and actions. But she was very genuine with her thoughts on the winners and I agree that she looked relieved about coming second, she will still make loads of money though and her life will change for ever.

 

Shame about Stavros Flatley though, funnist act ever on BGT.

I agree Susan Boyle did look relieved, even my children noticed it. Poor thing!

I thought Susan Boyle looked very tired and frightened at one point. Although she was very gracious when she came second and as you say almost looked relieved. From what I can see from BBC news, she's still all over the tabloids.

 

On the other programme,More Talent, it showed you the judges' predictios. Both Piers and Simon went for Flawless and Amanda went for Stavros Flatley.

Pleased for diverstiy they seem a nice bunch of guys and the leader is a hunk and seems lovely with it. Glad Susan didnt win I dont she would've coped at all. also very gracious wishing winners well. Stavros well - I couldve wept not up there in the final 3.

James had me sit through this - thank goodness I don't have to sit through the Variety show too - always far too many boring dancers on those. Never really got dance at all - its so second rate compared to music!

 

I thought that Simon was supposed to be nasty - he seemed to fawn over every act.

 

The singing woman had a nice voice but nothing special. The crying brat we saw all over the news was just as ear gratingly child like as I expected. The young man playing the sax was very talented - if he dressed properly he might do well, nice tux would be about right!

 

I enjoyed the comedy fat bloke dance routine - they actually had some good footwork going in there as well. First time I've ever enjoyed Irish dancing!

 

They could cut the RVS completely and just have a re run of this without Ant & Dec and all the talky bits as this is very much the same thing. I've been there and done that - 2 days of rehersals and then a live performance, I didn't find it interesting to watch even when I was on it - at least I didn't have to go through all this palarver to do it.
