Well said Olly, she could not perform and really did get through on the sympathy thing. What a shame for Greg although I agree his performance was a bit odd but he wins on the looks front! Guest Posted May 29, 2009 Share Posted May 29, 2009 I fell off my horse when I was the same age, I forgot to fasten the curb chain and it was rattling and the horse got spooked and bolted round the menage for about 2 minutes before I finally fell off. I was terrified and was crying my eyes out. I was told to get back on and I carried on riding for the next few years. Not saying that was the right thing to have done but it does remind me of tgat old analogy. Should she give up or be forced to give up? I don't know. She is a sweet little thing but compared to Aiden (who is only 2 years older) she seems sooo much younger/immature and not ready for the pressure. The young lad was as cool as a cucumber I wanted good Evans to get through as I think that young lad has the sweetest face on the planet! She was very brave to give it another shot but she is obviously not ready. At the end of the day its about performance and confidance and you have to be able to pull it off come wnat may and she couldnt Poor little love. Aiden is so confident, what a little star. I live the miaowing soprano boy. Hes lovley what a shame it didnt go very well for him Predictions to win????? I have no idea myself. Holly's performance was upsetting - I get the feeling she has been pushed by her mum. Cute & sweet little voice - but children don't normally want to sing like that! Holly is a child and needs the guidance of a responsible adult. I know she wants to do it but there are hundreds of things that my kids want to do; doesn't mean that they should though! I think Holly's mum should start being a proper parent, the sort that protect kids, as you say Little girls want to do lots of things that are not quite right for them , for me this was one of them. If she falls apart tonight again it will be a disaster. Stavros Flatley get my vote, you get the impression that win or not they will be fine and happy, they have demonstrated real love and for the dad good parenting, I doubt the boy is not doing anything he is not comfortable with. Adelvice (adelweiss) is a nightmare song to sing and i think Holly (polly or molly or whatever her name is) is too immarture. The boy dancer was ok but i wasnt that keen - the hollograms of him were freaky. The guy with the soprano voice looked like he would be engulfed by his cape I dont know if they are advised on what to sing etc but someone somewhere is making big mistakes. I think the semi finals were dire compared to auditions.
