I think we must be one of the last to have a Prom Night but DD has finally gone off on her wonderful evening out. Thought you might like to see a photo of the final dress.

The dress was from Coast and was on their sale rack at £135 off! I wasn't a fan of the colour until I saw in on her - it really suits her. ( must be the italian blood showing through - it so would NOT look good on me!!) I think it was one of their last years Bridesmaid dresses. He other friends are wearing short dresses but DD is not afraid to be different and doesn't care what others think about her clothes - she was adament that this was the dress. The other thing that I love about it is how confident she is now at smiling at after years of braces and retainers - it has all been worthwhile in the end.

Devons prom is next friady - we are having a make-up run through today & she STILL has to decide what to do with her hair

We had the hair run on Wednesday afternoon - I have to say the photo was taken before she got to her friends house where theywere having makeup done and where a few of them were going back there to stay overnight. I had a text at 1.10am to say she was there - assume she will surface later on and want to come home. Hope to hear more about it then. And yes, I am extremely proud of her

Looks stunning, has just the right colouring for the colour too. Why do cats always have to be in on photos? We never realise it till we see finished shots and hey presto - moggy in background just a thought that cat would make a lovely shrug for round your daughters shoulders - nice and warm too esp if theres a nip in the air

We are used to cats in photos With 6 cats is unusual to have one without a cat in And the cat tree in the corner is their main daytime sleeping area.
