Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Just thought everyone would like to see our runs - completely wired with mesh including roof and floor; also featuring a wire mesh chicken tunnel (chunnel!)

 

How cool is that?!

ha ha - I can confirm that when we first put the eglus in there (and burnt their old wooden houses) we had all 20 chickens stuffed into the green classic when we went to put them to bed! lol

The black chicken in the little tunnel that connects the two pens is Blackie and she's a leghorn bantam. We do have a black silkie called Ellie, and also a miniature black silkie called Brenna.
