Groovychook
Very warm & muggy here- 25 degrees with no breeze & not much sun either. I've got a cracking headache- wondering if there's a storm on the way...
The Dogmother
It's been like that here today - muggy and lots of aphids flying around, no rain yet though - we need a storm! Forecast for Whit week isn't so nice; getting cooler again.
chickencam
It has been a beautiful morning here It has just clouded over a bit at the moment though. We had a mix of cloud and very hot sunshine yesterday, one of those days where if you decide to sit in the sun, it goes in, but if you decide that it has cooled off enough to do some hedge cutting or chook cleaning it comes out again and cooks you. I did manage to get my wooden roosting bars from my wooden house dry very easily though. I have 2 of the large Eglu sections screwed onto 2 battons which work pretty well, but I must order some plastic ones and find a way of adapting those to my wooden house, because they are so much easier to clean. craftyhunnypie
Flippin' lovely! I let the chickens out in my PJ's & opened up the greenhouse & the sun was beautiful. I didn't go back to bed, but sat in the garden in PJ's with cuppa & my craft magazine! I think an ice lolly will be a must later! Emma.x

chickencam
31 degrees yesterday at 5pm, I had to leave my gardening until 8-10pm last night. Hardly seen a cloud for about 3 days Caught the sun on my back on Saturday because I had a stupid t-shirt on which had a slit in the back of it, didn't put sun cream there Not too bad though but I have kept it well covered since. Everything is growing at double quick speed.
Snowy
Well I normally complain about not being able to see the weather as i am in a windowless box room at work. But today it is quite pleasant after the scorching weekend! Air con is on full power!
The Dogmother
Gorgeously hot all weekend, although a tad too hot when we did the car boot sale yesterday Today started the same, but it began to cloud over about an hour ago and is much cooler now. Unit
Scorching hot and I spent more than the described 45 minutes putting together my new (and first) Eglu out in the midday sun! Should've planned that better?

Christian
Never too early for Pimms Sarah, plus it contains your 5 a day! Lovely here too, a tad too warm for gardening, but sitting under the umbrella with a good book and drink is perfect.
