counturchickens
Finally got round to posting some pics. We have a very small garden, but as a treatment for my morehens I wanted a cube. I didn't think we would fit one in but thanks to the forum and Plum in particular managed it! First, the empty garden from a couple of years ago And now the 'after'! Had to adapt the cube to allow a side entrance, but there is room at the other side to open and close the door if you don't mind being attacked by the rose! jennym
Yay, glad you got your cube. Morehens is a very serious condition and requires immediate treatment!
Plum
Looks smashing a real chicken playground Bet they love it under all those bushes. Like your side door entrance as well .
Tutti Frutti
WOW That looks lovely! How long did it take to get your shrubs growing?
sparkysmum
What a lovely garden - the chooks certainly bring it to life . Well done
counturchickens
Bushes probably took a couple of years. The red Robin (photinia?) is their favourite dust bathing area. Apparently it is a bit passé, but anything that can withstand the hens is fine with me. The roses are fine too, but the clematis need some hen protection, as does the grapevine! Plum
My photonia is surviving as well. Like the way you have flying hostas that'll stop them
