ali-s
Please, please, no snow this year. I really can't face another snowy Winter walking to walk in the dark along unlit lanes 7am starts are not good when it snows. Yesterday I gave my thermals a wash and waterproofed my hiking boots ready for winter. This morning I was thinking how to approach a neighbour to ask him if I could cross his land to get to work if I couldn't get my car off the lane. It takes over an hour to walk to work using the lanes, if I could use the neighbours private road and over his field it would take me about 20 minutes probably less. Also been thinking about increasing my Chicken flock. It always snows when I get new chickens. The snow forecast is my fault isn't it

Valkyrie
Oh how lovely! I can just imaging Paola going down the hills - weeee heeeeeeeee! Well that's going to mess up my swimming routine. On the bright side it should be warm enough to melt quickly at this time of year.

Alis girls
Its getting to work I dread - so many idiots on the road already and in the snow they seem 10 times more idiotic. Also schools close which hacks me off. Also I worry about the hens which in all fairness cope better than I do. Do they do a human version of an Eglu - Humanerglu? Sam
I have just the thing for this snow.... I love the snow, it makes everything look so nice. I woke up early one day last year and just walked around the park with all the dog walkers. Going to Cornwall with the school on the 16th for a week, hope it snows then !
