chickencam
Sunny here with a few ominous clouds. The forcast on both met office and bbc site says full sun for today here but the severe weather warning on the met office site says 40% of significant disruption Off for a walk to post a few things and get some bracing air
The Dogmother
Ooo, let's hope that we get the snow then Liz. I think it has got colder in the last hour.... I'm driving them mad in the office

Blackrocksrock
We have snow here - thick slushy on the ground and more and more showers coming in - roads not good - luckily not going anywhere and work next door to where I live

Yorkshire Pudding
Little bits of sleet and the sky is leaden. The wind is really really strong - I've just got back from the farm where we buy our meat and had trouble opening and shutting doors and the car boot. And its FREEEEEEEZING! The chickens don't seem to mind though - they've just fluffed up their duvets and are wrecking the garden as usual
Popcorn
A beautiful day here. Has been all day. I was surprised to see the sun this morning after the wind last night. Most of garden furniture is piled up at the top end of the garden beside the chicken run. I bet they go no sleep last night!
Couperman
It's snowing here! And blowing a raging hooligan. Its not settling though, It might tonight though as it's forcast -5 The chooks are all hunched up under the Cube sporting the 'we are not impressed' look. I was going to make a start on the new run this weekend, doesn't look likely now I have to move the greenhouse to make way for the new run, and if I remove a few panes of glass the rest will blow out in this weather. Oh well, looks like 'Pub' then! Kev.
The Dogmother
Oh well, looks like 'Pub' then! Kev. What a shame Kev
Chicken Licken
you sound gutted Kev!! It is a blue sky and sunshine here although very windy. The chookies have ram raided the cordoned off sections of the garden and made a dust bath in amidst the bulbs. Rosie wants a walk - she likes blowy weather. I have laryngitis, ear ache, chesty cough that is trying to get worse and am avoiding her whining!! Snow is forecast here this evening - must go and get coal in a bit. feemcg
Well, as usual looks like most of us are in for a big 'dissy' - all that hype all week for nothing . I got loads more snow yesterday than I've had today (a flurry!).
Snowy
Time yet for it to change! Gorgeous here today, but the sun is just setting underneath the most humungous, heavy grey sky! Charlottechicken
Snow here! Just five minutes ago I looked out of the window and saw the big amber snow clouds roll over, up till now it has been beautiful blue skies and warm sun, now snow blowing horizontally down the road and it is going very dark It's those teeny tiny snowballs too, the ones that look like polystyrene bits blowing around
