emu
If you see this lady turning in clockwise you are using your right brain. If you see it the other way, you are using left brain. Some people do see both ways, but most people see it only one way. See if you can make her go one way and then the other by shifting the brain's current. BOTH DIRECTIONS CAN BE SEEN Experimentation has shown that the two different sides, or hemispheres, of the brain are responsible for different manners of thinking. The following table illustrates the differences between left-brain and right-brain thinking: Left Brain Right Brain Logical Random Sequential Intuitive Rational Holistic Analytical Synthesizing Objective Subjective Looks at Looks at parts wholes Most individuals have a distinct preference for one of these styles of thinking. Some, however, are more whole-brained and equally adept at both modes. In general, schools tend to favor left-brain modes of thinking, while downplaying the right-brain ones. Left-brain scholastic subjects focus on logical thinking, analysis, and accuracy. Right-brained subjects, on the other hand, focus on aesthetics, feeling, and creativity. Olly
I kept looking at it, thinking - what's so amazing about this, first she turns to the left and then she turns to the right. Then I scrolled down and read the instructions - fairly typical of me! So now I can't decide which I am. I would have said I'm entirely left-brain - logical, reasoned and not intutive at all. This is quite interesting!
AmandaR
I can just see her swinging from left to right to left again. Does that mean my brain can't make up its mind which side to use?
Strepsy
I had her going clockwise, but then when I started reading the text underneath, she was going anti-clockwise when I wasn't looking directly at her. Thanks for posting.

Basset
That's amazing. I can only see her moving clockwise. I'm so right brained it's untrue!!!!! I'll show hubby when he come in later - he's sure to be a complete left brainer.
smudgley
Having watched & watched her, she will only go clockwise according to my brain... I went back & watched her again, still clockwise & no matter how hard I try, I can't change her to anti-clockwise!
Lesley
I can get her to go in either direction at will - now I'll have to go back and see what that says about me
Guest
surely one breast is going clockwise and the other anti-clockwise... am I missing something? Phil
Egluntyne
Funnily enough, that is the one area that I didn't particularly focus on. Try as i might I can only make her go clockwise. Is there a squinty trick I can use to make her do an about turn? Is handedness a factor?
Louise
I can see both I just need to concentrate naturally she goes clockwise but I can make her move the other way by focussing on her legs
bronze
Focus on her legs because its how you interpret them that depends on which way they spin. Back in a min with a diagram
bronze
Its funny because everytime I look at it I see clockwise first so seeming to be rightbrained but I can logically make it change direction very easily which should mean I would be left brained. Right here it is. Depending on how you look at the legs depends on which way she 'turns'. Here you can see the two options so now you know what to look for to make her change direction.
