AnnieP
Spent the whole day still fixing up the new bathroom.... Basin finally placed in unit and working. OH said "Where do you want this new extending shaving mirror". (Cost £109). He removed it from box, tipped it upside down, where it fell off the runner and smashed on the floor..... Off for a large glass of something alcoholic....

AnnieP
14 years Gina: It was a double sided mirror and both broke! Will ring the manufacturers on Tues and beg them to send us two replacement mirrors. House insurance has an exess on it and I don't want our premium to rise, so won't bother claiming. You're welcome to come in any time. Will you still fit??? I'd hate for you to get stuck there!
Mel (& Paul)
Lovely bathroom Annie - I DO like those roll top baths (our bathroom is too small - even to swing the preverbial in it )
Linda
The bathroom looks fab! Sorry about the mirror mishap.
Swiss Chick
Lovely bathroom, I can see all the hard work that's gone in it. How about a shaving mirror mosaic only one sided though
Popcorn
Will you still fit??? I'd hate for you to get stuck there! I might need a winch! It reminds me of our lovely bathroom in our last house. We lived in the house for 7 years and it had the most disgusting bathroom ever for most of those 7 years. When we eventually had the finances to do the bathroom, we also decided it was time to sell up....we only used it a handful of times before the house sold. Now we are back to square one in our new house which needs a new bathroom suite

Popcorn
Thanks Louise - I think Our neighbour came round the other day with a shower base. Wanted to know if I wanted it for the garden.... .....as a mini pond Edited May 3, 2006 by Guest
Mrs Blue Sky
That sounds like a good idea - you could dig in in so you can't see so much of it.. .
Popcorn
It was a good idea Heather wasn't it. We need to do to much to the garden at the minute to even think about water features though, and I could just see it hanging around for ages before we got round to doing anything with it.... The Dogmother
Hmm, I've got a few 'future projects' stacked at the bottom of the garden (taking up space) How's it going Gina? Shall we rig up a block and tackle above your bath? Still, not long to go now....
