What hat Paola? I was a bit stuck as to what I could do (with Fred's help of course :wink: ) but felt I was kind of restricted to a red nose. I wasn't even sure if I could do anything to an animated avatar???!!! He hasn't had anything as yet................ I think he'll be naked!

We got a few Xmas things down from the loft today - bless him he was so excited! I felt mean leaving MOST of them there - but I got the reindeer down and instead of putting them on the step we are going to have them in the lounge instead of the tree. Mum got a couple of fibre optic trees out and I got the Santa and reindeer broom out. Oh and put my wreath on the door. Shame the avatars have gone all small again - mine used to be bigger and then you could actually see the picture!

I have lost my original avatar and can't get my new one - which is my old one with a hat to go in it's place. I changed it in paint then tried to upload it but it was too big so I added it to photo bucket and resized it. Which link do I need to click? Because it keeps telling me that the link is invalid.

Done mine after a bit of wrangling - when they bought in the new forum model, the avatar size was cut down, so that last year's didn't fit any more :roll: No matter what I did in photoshop, it wouldn't go down to a small enough file size, then i remembered that photobucket compresses them, so I loaded it up from there.

 

And there I was wanting a quiet evening!
