If you type in myFarm in the search box it should come up with it. But you have to type it in exactly right all as one word and a capital F.

I know what you mean about finding time! But as for the nasty groups, you only join any groups you want to join (if any). I've recently tracked down a friend that I lost touch with a few years ago which is wonderful as I've always wondered how she was. When we lost touch she was going through a bit of a tough time. It is amazing really considering she lives across the other side of the world and we are now back in touch

I have caught up with some very old friends through it, & like Looney says,you only join the groups you want to join.

There are some nasty ones out there,but we are all wise enough to know what to avoid

Apparently (and I'm no expert) you have to work your fields planting, plowing, and harvesting to make enough money to BUY them. From what I understand if you buy the wood shed first you can sell wood and make a bundle and save for a barn, once you have a barn you can trade and sell your animals.

if you plant loads of crops and raise $50,000 you can buy the barn - but you have to plant big style to afford it!

 

I've only just got my woodshed for $25,000 and then you can chop your trees

About the groups I do get a bit hacked off that my friends don't know me well enough to NOT send me requests to various pointless groups. Or with the recent tragic events all the "vigil's" for Baby P and worse (IMHO) the groups to "out" the perpetrators of this heinious crime -be they the family or the authorities - I personally feel this starts to border on vigilante stuff and if someone is wrongly accused there could be another tragedy!

 

I find it best to ignore them and regularly delete all group requests. I only join grous that I'm interested in, generally after I find them myself or read about them elsewhere.

 

I do love facebook though - and being my friend is the only way you get to see that pole dancing video! Definately good for a laugh.
