sadietoo
Of course, now she is out of the competition she can revert to her usual name...Lynda.. I agree she was happy to go..and I think she was the right choice tonight
Jules.
I was so tired last night I went to bed half way through the show Its good to read the chat on here
Seagazer
We missed last night's show as we were out for DD's birthday dinner and our sky+ doesn't work we're going to cram in the study to watch it on the 'puter
chickencam
I think it was the right result this week, apart from Joe Cal... can't spell his name...but in the dance off Craig was better and I think he has more potential if he learns to relax a bit more and it means more to him too. Ali and Brian were great, but I really can't see what all the fuss is about with Brian, he is an odd looking cheesy guy. Ali is OH's favourite this year. The Dogmother
Poor Craig is very intense and takes it all very seriously.
Seagazer
Poor Craig is very intense and takes it all very seriously. I think that is his undoing. I really think he thinks he's much better than he is, I can't warm to him at all and I'm not surprised that he was in the bottom two. Egluntyne
The right result at last. Good for Brendan and Bruce for sticking up for Jo against Craig. She did much better this week. Can't believe that Zoe and James were in the dance off.
chelsea
As good as Zoe & James are I don't think he's a popular dancer amongst all the others. I haven't been too keen on him since that outburst last year when he was quite stroppy about John Sergeant.
Falkor
So WHO else was in the dance off and got voted out...? My V+ box didn`t record the end cos Grand Prix qualifying (or something with cars) ran late
Sunshine
Joe and Kristina were voted out. He did start to look like he was enjoying it last week and last night. Still glad he went though. There were some very disappointing jives last night. The jive is one of my favourite dances to watch but none of them really wowed (is this even a word?) me. Can't wait for the American Smooth and the lifts next week!!!

I thought some of them would have been good at this but ...
Cinnamon
My thoughts on the show, which I have just seen on Sky+ 1 : Ali & Brian are a totally adorable couple 2 : Whoever designed that monstrosity that Flavia wore should be shot.I was so hypnotised by her blue sequined bum that I didn't see whatsisname she was dancing with at all 3 : Spandau Ballet were amazing And we have the wonderful harry Connick jr to look forward to next week too! Strictly have totally nailed it with the guests this year. The X factor may be glitzier & have bigger names, but Strictly have had some wonderful performances
chick wiggle
I agree with you cinnamon, ali and brian are adorable and those 'shorts' of Flavias would rival Kylies gold ones Spandau ballet Ohhhhhhh and harry connick jr - double ohhhhh
The Dogmother
I nearly slapped Phil after he was ogling Kristina in that corsetty thing
Plum
I'm loving it as much as ever, and I take back my previous comments about Alesha. She is doing well as a judge and making sense. Ali is a lovely dancer, I hope she goes a long way. Craig needs a slap for talking to Jo like that. Hoorah for Brendon he is a real gent now. Woodcat
2 : Whoever designed that monstrosity that Flavia wore should be shot.I was so hypnotised by her blue sequined bum that I didn't see whatsisname she was dancing with at all i had to rewind it twice just to A) prove that she was wearing sequined short shorts and B to comfirm that her shirt was almost transpartent and the a third time just to see whether i actually liked the dance... i swear that some of the costume designers need either an eye test or commiting to a mental health ward
The Dogmother
What on earth was that daft thing that Ola wore, with the pink stripes down it? *shakes head* they looked likr they'd been tacked on as an afterthought.
Egluntyne
Someone must have it in for Flavia. in the costume dept......She wore a monstrous grey dress last week, and apart from her blue Jive knickers this week, the thing that she wore when she did the fabulous Tango Waltz with Vincent was truly hideous. Seagazer
We were shocked at James and Zoe being in the dance off. I quite like James, I think he's a really good dancer. I'm glad that Joe went even though he did his best dance. Craig was out of order for the comment about Jo Wood (but she can't dance - she clings)
chickencam
The comments that both Bruno and Craig made about Jo Wood were well out of order and cast an unpleasant shadow over the rest of the show for me. Well done to Brucie for sticking up for her, it could have all got quite ugly. I think that we had the right result this week. Joe danced much better than he had done previously, but he will never be Fred Astair Chris Hollins is sooo funny, I loved his jive, I have no sense of timing so I just loved the energy and fun of it, and he gets so annoyed with himself for forgetting everything. It must be nerves and a determination to give his all, that makes him lose the plot I liked Ricky Groves' jive too, but I do agree that the jives were a disappointment. Poor Flavia those jive knickers were truely hideous I loved her dress theweek before and i loved her tango with Vincent, they did a similar one last year and that was even better. The Dogmother
I can't believe how they managed to make Flavia's bum look HUGE in those knickers, she looked so embarrassed, poor thing. That Joe hasn't an ounce of movement or beat in him, has he? Glad he went, it was getting painful to watch.
Egluntyne
No-one looked mre surprised than Craig and Flavia when their names were called out. Can't understand why Jade and Ian were in the dance off. I thought they were fab....and her dress was simply gorgeous. Like a silver cobweb. Brendan's efforts were valiant with Jo. susanbb
Craig's just desperate to get to Blackpool. when is that then I thought the best outfit so far was Laila's jive outfit
Woodcat
Craig's just desperate to get to Blackpool. when is that then Think it's next week so i think he has made it I couldn't belive phil tufnell's partners' skirt (i can't remember or spell her name) i kept expecting it to produce a muppet or start biting. I got so distracted by it i couldn't have told you what actually happened in the dance. Perhaps that was the point. I was also really suprised that Jade was in the dance off i thought she was good. Though lets be honest whoever was in with jo was going to go through i don't think it would have mattered if they fell flat on their face. Poor girl seemed to have a lovely personality but she just couldn't dance.
Lydia
Craig's just desperate to get to Blackpool. when is that then Think it's next week so i think he has made it No it's the week after so he's got to get through another week. He really does dance like your dad at a wedding that one
