docsquid
I can't see one, so thought I'd start one. What have you resolved for 2010? My resolution is to do my best to reduce the food miles for our household to as little as possible by growing our own and using local producers and sellers where possible. Cinnamon
To eat from the garden as much as we can & to use my freezer more.
Egluntyne
Ditto to the veg growing and local shopping. I made these my resolutions last year and both worked well plus I got a lot of enjoyment and exercise out of the veg growing. Need more freezer space though! I found that I saved money by shopping locally too.
ali-s
I intend to make more use of the veg garden. I want to grow lots more vegetables and fruit this year. I am a fair weather gardener so I need to buck up my ideas and get out there even if the weather is lousy. Preserve some of the fruit and vegetables I grow other than sticking them in the freezer. Learn to make soup. This one comes up every year and I try and try and every time I fail Use my bike more often to get me to work even in the wind and the rain. Do more crafty things. Finish off all the knitting projects I have on the go. Learn to use my sewing machine I have had for nearly a year. I need to find sewing classes locally. Lavenders_Blue
This year I want to be more mindful of what I spend and think whether I really need/want something before I buy it. Hopefully I can also extend this to being more organised with the supermarket shop. Ultimately I want to spend less, accumulate less and throw less away... here's hoping! xChicken04x
Hmmm, lets see. I have lots of resolutions this year. First, to eat healthier. I don't want to lose weight, but I could do with looking after my body more. Second, step up on Zara's training (she's starting lessons on the 18th wooooo ) and third, when Zara is better trained, to get her a doglet pal. Oh, and I need to dedicate myself more to the veg patch this year (including the boring jobs ) and extend the duck run.
