Janepie33
Having eaten far too many chocolates over the last week and not keeping a note of my points, I was due to attend my Weight Watchers meeting at 6.30 this evening and knew that I hadn't lost weight. (In fact, I put on half a pound). So what did I do? I weighed my skirt (weight 1lb 11oz) and changed it for another (15oz). Is that cheating? Egluntyne
Not cheating but creative thinking.

BeckyBoo
When I went to Slimming World it was heading into summer, and every week everyone wore lighter and lighter clothes. In the end some people were taking their jewellery off before the weigh in!! (I never did that ! ) BeckyBoo

Space Chick
When I went to weight watchers many moons ago, I would wear the same clothes every week, even when they got too big, but then I knew it was an accurate reflection Sadly 7 years later I back to where I was before I started Never mind hey

stoice
I used to take of my shoes (obviously) at a weigh in but had already taken off my glasses, my watch, my belt and my jumper before going to a meeting!
Happy chickens!
Doh - but who are you cheating?! There were some cartoons in the paper about a company with a prize for weight loss and one banker determined to win wears a very heavy watch for all but the final weigh in... Hope it goes a bit better without the need to remove too much clothing or your class will have to be renamed how to look good naked!
Rhapsody
the ladies at my group all take their jewellery off and wear summer dresses all year round. I'm trying to shift a bit more off at the mo and in actual fact my goal is to be at Goal Weight in jeans and leather boots! There is a bloke who takes his shoes and socks off at weigh-in I really wish he wouldnt!
keyhole kate
This thread reminded me that when I worked on a Sports Centre Reception many moons ago a lady used to come in every day for a lunchtime swim on her way out she used to bold as brass strip off to her underwear and use the weighing scales in our foyer many a time I thought I would have to administer the Kiss of life to some of our eldery male customers always made us laugh though
fluffyknickers
Once at Weight Watchers I removed shoes as normal, but then my bracelet (a heavy Pandora one) when I still hadnt lost I took off my jeans!!! Gave the ladies a good laugh anyway and a pound came off!!!
Chicktastic
I was a SW Consultant and the amount of times I had ladies in my class bare from the waist down is hard to count, I even had ladies swapping clothes!!
