Whose Car...................

Recommended Posts

Has already been hit by a plastic England flag which pinged off the car in front and travelled at the speed of light straight at you?

My car has been hit three times this week and is now sporting a dashing scratch on the bonnet

Why do people feel the need to buy those darn things? bah humbug :notalk:

Rant over...and breathe..

I took Lauren and Jake 'school holiday shopping' last week and Jake had 99p left to spend..........he chose a set of 2 flags "for Daddy's car" ...............I think Daddy suggested he attached them to his bike :wink:

I haven't seen any yet either - but I don't do a lot of driving. I bet you're glad you don't drive a

convertible Tasha :shock:

Well I live in Essex where it is required to have at least a dozen Ingerland flags on your person at any given time....However the flags havn't gone up here yet but I do have some bunting to put up. James has some Ingerland crocs and we are having the Ingerland themed birthday party next Saturday.

In the town where I work people are not having flags hanging from their windows they've all been putting up FLAGPOLES! Of course all this is in Essex - a county which can be seen from Mars in December (or next Saturday here as we always put the Christmas lights on when we have our Summer party - so anyone coming after dark can find us!).

:whistle:

Only flags??? I'm so jealous! The local "well known" family has been to Sainsburys and bought their 8 year old son (who knows the "Agincourt" salute :shock::shock: )... an ENGLAND TRUMPET!!!

AAAAGH! :evil::evil::evil: I feel like buying one and blowing it non-stop when they've gone to bed (but obviously, I'd let the other neighbours know first :lol:). Only the father probably wouldn't even be able to hear as he sits in his car blaring out music/cricket at all hours of the night :shock:

They're obviously too reticent to say that Scotland, Wales and Ireland are even worse at football than England? :lol::wink:

:shameonu::shameonu::shameonu:

Wales may not be in the world cup, however we are a small nation of 3 million people, so when you compare that to the 56 million people in England we don't do too badly :wink: I mean there are nearly 20 times the number of people in England.

I could quote Welsh geniuses of the beautiful game, however, will restrict to 2 modern masterpieces Craig Bellamy and Ryan Giggs both Welsh team stars, and we have up and coming stars too that are already making their names known in the first team in the Wales squad like Aaron Ramsey (with "Ooops, word censored!"nal) and Joe Ledley (Currently sticking with his welsh roots at Cardiff), and of course, as a general rule, football is second behind rugby to most.... now we certainly give England a run for their money with the funny shaped ball :dance:
