Lesley
.................... and another Crocs thread runs into pages guess how we all recognise each other at get-togethers?
Cinnamon
I have found there is a difference in the sizing between Caymans & Beach too. My blue Beaches are a perfect fit (size Medium/6), but my pink Caymans are a 6 & they are a bit smaller They are not too small - just smaller, & I cannot wear them with the heel strap, which is fine because I prefer them to be like clogs anyhow. I prefer the look of the Beaches too.
The Dogmother
I understand from jellyegg that Caymans do come up smaller. Sarah, you can stretch the strap if it's too short
Martin B
What type of Crocs do you have Martin? I fancy a dark blue pair to wear around the house/garden. I wear a size 9 uk any advice? Hi Christian. I take a size 9 1/2 normally. However the size 9 crocs are quite big for a 9.
Martin B
I have a pair of black Caymans by the way. I don't know if this makes any difference but I bought them in an ANIMAL shop in Lanzarote!

theherd123
I think we should buy shares in Crocs!
Chickpea
Ok, I've gone and done it. After a few days of seeing people walking around in crocs, I've finally ordered some! Originally wanted silver, but not in stock so opted for purple. Well I've got to match my eglu now haven't I?
Snowy
I think we should buy shares in Crocs! You should definitely be on commission! We went from 0-4 pairs in the household in one week thanks to this forum!
Hellcat
After my mothers day present of a pair of purple crocs, I went and bought a pair of beige professionals (for dressing down) and the OH bought a pair of pearl ones ('cos they were in the bargain bin with a tenner knocked off. Now the children want a pair each. I figure I'll buy them instead of doodles as sculling around shoes. Tempted to get a pair of Mary Janes for daughter as school sandals... What do you think! Hellcat
You're a woman of few words, Sheila, but, like Yoda, they are always wise....
Sheilaz
..it was a short answer, but covered everything, Helen. Although I've bought a few pairs, they really are value for money, esp. when in daily use. I think they're terriffic for children but the one time I was trying to get Esther to try a pair, there was a crowd sheltering from the rain & she couldn't find a space to get embarrassed in (being as it was my idea not hers). Now, because I wear them all the time, she (age 11) has in mind that they must be incredibly sad. I'm so jealous of families wear everyone wants them. Charlot (19) was nearly tempted, but only if she could walk off in my pumps, then couldn't bring herself to be sad either. As for the men. It's just all the way. But, then, I can have fun wearing more & more shocking colours to make them and even more! I know Claret has been after Mary Jane's as school shoe, and Rosie wore her crocs as such last Summer. Brilliant idea.
Guest
We all have a pair, (except I have several pairs ) I still get lots of about them though. "Mummy, how many pairs of Crocs do you NEED?" Well, there's a good question! (several more colours, at the very least!) DD2 wears her red Caymans all the time (out of school) though. She loves them and has just asked me if she can have some black Primas for school. It's great to have some support! OH is wearing his out. He walks an hour a day (as well as around the office) and has found that the treads are being worn away. I wondered if you can get them re-treaded - a bit like tyres! Or, can they be melted down and made into a new pair? If so, he could trade them in and get a discount perhaps.

Snowy
oh go on what are jibbitz...in for a penny in for a pound! They are what you need to decorate your crocs! My littlest one's crocs came with free jibbitz - a football on one and a cricket ball on the other! But I believe you can get flowers and butterflies and things like that too.
