My ES was supposed to fly to Japan from Gatwick today but when he got there he found out there were no flights. He then had to dash over to Heathrow and we think he's got a flight out.

No snow here so we had been a bit blase about things. Shan't do that again.

I can't believe how much snow there is.

We have about six inches and no suggestion of a thaw at least up to this weekend.

I HAVE to get to London on the 13th in the car so say a prayer that we have a window in all this. PLEASE

Last year we had snow on the ground for four weeks and I'm sure it was far longer in Scotland.
