Cinnamon
Via the 'Help' button - there is a thing where they call you back, if I remember rightly.
The Dogmother
Thanks Sarah, I'll look for that. I don't really want the hassle of returning an order that I've cancelled.

Bramble
Mine too . What's the betting we don't get any snow now . That's why I ordered them!!! My cunning plan (back in August) was to buy EVERYTHING that I might need to deal with snowy weather, so that we would then not have said snowy weather ... twisted logic, but it might work???? WitchHazel
Mine has just arrived! I'd forgotten that I'd ordered it, it's been so long. Its a fantastic little shovel, I can't believe it cost me less than £8 for 2 of them!

Lavenders_Blue
Snow? Eek! Must get some Yaktrax ordered ASAP! Also hubby and I got drenched this afternoon walking the dog (it wasn't raining when we set out ) so waterproof trousers need to be purchased too - don't you just hate that bit between the bottom of your coat and the top of your wellies that gets wet and cold?!
