ARe they ok if they are wet?

do I have to get them in and dry them? or will they sort themselves out?

I think that I am going to get a clear shower curtain this weekend for the cube, they seem to need a bit more cover - they just stand out in the rain looking forlorn and rather soggy  awwww blessss

Weather as bad as ever here in Sheffield.

There was a major incident thingummy declared in the city this morning, apparently, because of the flooding.

Thunder and lightening at 6.30 and sky as black as pitch. Its lighter now but the rain is worse than ever. Water is cascading down the path.

Will it ever end?

I suppose there will be a hosepipe ban next week.

So sorry to hear about the flooding down South :( I hope everyone is OK.

My thoughts go to that poor soldier who was swept away in the flood water :(

Not much extra rain up here, although it is very cold for June. I am still wearing winter clothes :? On Wednesday evening I was out watching Natalie playing football. I was wearing my winter parka and a pair of gloves  The heating has been switched back on a few times in the evening.

When will summer arrive :?

The weather can't make its mind up here today. So far we have had brilliant sunshine, torrential rain as well as thunder and lightning.

Our house is currently clad in scaffolding - ideal for lightning  and the roofers are due to arrive in monday to start reroofing the house :? I expect the current weather will therefore continue for some weeks (here at least!)

It best be nice near to Nantwich next Saturday (23rd) as my sister is getting married at Betley church & she's havinga horse & carriage!!!!! The poor horse might need crocs wellies too!

Had to laugh last night - her jack russel 'Pegs' wouldn't go out for a wee until my sister put her doggie coat on her- Bless! AND poor 'Pegs' doesn't like getting wet paws, so we are looking for some doggie wellies now. I think pets at home do them?????

Weather here in Sandbach is showery - rained earlier, dry at the moment & we are having a barbeque between the rain. Hubby had to rescue me from a huge fat frog in my greenhouse earlier!!!!! YUK!!!

We seem to have missed the worst of the flooding here, wnet into Stratford this morning and the River Avon is flooded, the tables in the garden of one of the riverside pubs are floating! We had some violent thunder yesterday afternoon, and the power kept blipping. The rain was torrential and the roads awash, looking at the 10pm news last night though, we got off lightly.

Today has been quite nice, warm and sunny until mid afternoon when the heavens opened; I was down in town, luckily I had my crocs on - I rolled up my trousers, put the brolly up and went for it. It's much cooler now.
