Still so mild here and the grass is growing at a rapid rate. I'm going to have to get the mower out as soon as everywhere dries out enough. Looks a bit damp and murky this morning. The Dogmother Posted October 3, 2013 Author Share Posted October 3, 2013 Dull and warm start yesterday, pouring with rain by 8.230am. Wet and dark until lunchtime when the sun came through, then dull again. Today was really warm first thing at 14deg, dark and misty, now 15.8deg outside and still dull/misty. Groovychook Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 Blimey, I've just taken the brunt of it ... knew it was a bit risky to be attending to the chooks with the sky looking as threatening as it did. Just got drenched to the skin. Absolutely torrential rain about half an hour ago which has calmed down slightly but still very heavy. There's a river of muddy water rushing down the track- our drain is coping at the moment. I'm hoping that it will continue to ease off! Been murky and showery for the past few days.
